Job Summary
As an Independent Contractor with arenaflex, you'll have the flexibility to choose when and where you work, providing virtual customer service to our clients across a variety of industries. You'll be responsible for conducting inbound and outbound customer service calls, creatively problem-solving, and providing a high level of customer service. Key Responsibilities
* Conduct inbound and outbound customer service calls with customers across various industries
- Creatively problem-solve to resolve customer issues and concerns
- Quickly assess customer needs and provide sound solutions
- Provide a high level of customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Document details of all calls and customer interactions
- Manage multiple systems, programs, and screens simultaneously
- Work from home or any quiet place, setting your own schedule to work around your life
Essential Qualifications
* 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
- Strong computer skills, including navigating multiple tabs, windows, and systems
- Basic typing skills (at least 40 wpm)
- Excellent customer service and written communication skills
- Ability to empathize and remain patient with difficult callers
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills

* Experience handling inbound and outbound calls in a call center environment
- Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
- Previous experience working in a virtual or remote work environment

Application and Certification Process
To become an Independent Contractor with arenaflex, you'll need to complete the following steps:
- Complete an application to join arenaflex Nation, which includes passing a background/credit check
- Pay a $45 processing fee directly to our vendor
- Sign an Independent Contractor Agreement
- Complete a W9 form
- Opportunities that you choose may have additional requirements, including certification specific to a program
Program Metrics Requirements
arenaflex has a range of programs available, each with its own set of metrics and requirements. These programs may require Independent Contractors to provide services above posted minimum standards to maintain eligibility.
Availability
As an Independent Contractor with arenaflex, you'll have the flexibility to choose your own schedule and work at times that suit you. You'll be able to self-schedule in 30-minute blocks, and you'll have access to a range of tools and resources to help you manage your time and workload.
