Job Summary

As a Spanish Bilingual Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, managing customer accounts, and providing technical support. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that customers receive the highest level of service and support, and that their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. This is a full-time, seasonal role that offers a competitive hourly rate, performance incentives, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities

* Inbound and outbound calls to customers, resolving their queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner

  • Manage customer accounts, providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance as needed
  • Application data entry, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Online chat inquiries, responding to customer queries and concerns in a timely and efficient manner
  • Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines
  • Creative problem-solving skills, thinking critically and outside the box to resolve complex customer issues
  • Flexibility and adaptability, adjusting to changing projects and updates in a fast-paced environment
  • Time and task management, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Extensive self-study, training, and testing, with eligibility to proceed through training and certifications dependent upon passing required exams
  • Adhere to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels

Qualifications

* Moderate to advanced computer skills, with a high level of comfort learning new technology

  • High level of professionalism, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable working from home, with a dedicated, private, and secure workspace
  • Self-motivated and success-driven, with a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment
  • Spanish Bilingual, with a high level of proficiency in both speaking and writing
  • Previous experience in customer support or technical support role, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices
  • Previous experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act, with a strong understanding of health insurance regulations and guidelines
  • Previous experience in a Call Center, with a strong understanding of call center operations and procedures
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, with a strong understanding of customer relationship management principles and practices
