Job Description

As a REMOTE Inbound Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients' existing customers via phone. You'll answer questions, resolve issues, and provide product information to customers, all while working from the comfort of your own home. We're looking for individuals who are passionate about customer service, have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and are able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

* Answer customer calls and respond to customer inquiries via phone

  • Provide product information and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Use critical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues
  • Work independently with minimal supervision, using your own computer and headset
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call volume, customer satisfaction, and first-call resolution
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge

Essential Qualifications:

+ Very good communication and problem-solving abilities + A quiet home office environment, or somewhere quiet to work + Must be over 18 years of age + A computer with a high-speed internet connection (Windows 7 or better) + A working headset (with a microphone) that can be used with your computer + The ability to perform work without supervision

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Previous experience in customer service or sales + Experience working in a call center or remote customer service environment + Familiarity with Google Chrome browser and other customer service software

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong customer service skills, including empathy, active listening, and conflict resolution
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Google Chrome browser and other customer service software
