Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Agent, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, guiding customers through solutions
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and issue resolutions
  • Assisting customers with account management, billing, and product questions
  • Supporting team members with remote administrative tasks as needed
  • Following confidentiality and security protocols to protect sensitive information
