Responsibilities:
• Provide Outstanding Customer Support: Deliver exceptional service to our customers through various channels, including face-to-face, phone, and chat, ensuring a positive experience that exceeds their expectations.
- Assist Customers with Inquiries: Respond to customer inquiries regarding products and services, providing accurate and timely information to ensure a positive experience.
- Conduct Outbound Calling: Follow up on leads and promote new offerings to customers, using your excellent communication skills to build relationships and drive sales.
- Accurately Enter Customer Data: Enter customer data into our system while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection policies.
- Communicate Effectively: Communicate effectively with customers in Spanish and English, using your bilingual skills to provide exceptional service and support.
- Collaborate with Team Members: Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales targets and improve service delivery, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive success.
- Resolve Customer Complaints: Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Maintain Up-to-Date Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with products, services, and promotions, using this knowledge to provide accurate and timely information to customers.
Requirements:
• Proven Experience: Proven experience in customer service or sales roles is preferred but not required. We welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds and industries.
- Strong Communication Skills: Strong communication skills in English, with bilingual or multilingual capabilities (especially Spanish) a plus.
- Proficient in Data Entry: Proficient in data entry with attention to detail, using software applications to accurately enter customer data.
- Excellent Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset, with the ability to analyze customer needs and provide effective solutions.
- Ability to Work Independently: Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with CRM Software: Familiarity with CRM software is advantageous but not required. We provide training and support to ensure you have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
