Key Responsibilities:

* Schedule appointments and follow up with clients to ensure their needs are met

  • Provide personalized support to clients, addressing their questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall service delivery
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications:

* 1+ year of customer service or sales experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients in a professional and courteous manner
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Proficient in using technology, including CRM software and other tools to support customer service operations
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications) preferred

* Previous experience working with large corporations or in a similar industry

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex client issues
