Key Responsibilities

As an Independent Contractor with arenaflex, you'll have the flexibility to choose when and where you provide services. You'll be responsible for:

  • Conducting inbound and outbound customer service calls with customers across various industries
  • Creatively problem-solving to resolve customer issues and concerns
  • Quickly assessing customer needs and providing sound solutions
  • Providing a high-level of customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Documenting details of all calls and customer interactions
  • Managing multiple systems, programs, and screens simultaneously

Essential Qualifications

To succeed as an Independent Contractor with arenaflex, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
  • Basic typing skills and computer proficiency
  • Strong customer service and written skills
  • Comfortable empathizing and remaining patient with difficult callers

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following skills and qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Experience handling inbound and outbound calls in a call center environment
  • Familiarity with multiple systems, programs, and screens
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

As an Independent Contractor with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for your own tax obligations and expenses. You'll have the opportunity to earn a competitive income based on your performance and the opportunities you choose to participate in. arenaflex offers a range of programs with varying pay structures, including performance-based pay and incentives.

Application and Certification Process

To become an Independent Contractor with arenaflex, you'll need to:

  • Complete an application to join Liveops Nation, which includes passing a background/credit check
  • Pay a $45 processing fee directly to our vendor
  • Sign an Independent Contractor Agreement
  • Complete a W9 form
  • Opportunities that you choose may have additional requirements, including certification specific to a program

Program Metrics Requirements

Some programs may require Independent Contractors to provide services above posted minimum standards to maintain eligibility. These requirements will be clearly outlined in the program details.

Availability

As an Independent Contractor with arenaflex, you'll have the flexibility to choose your own schedule and work at times that suit you. You'll be able to self-schedule in 30-minute blocks and dictate when and how often you commit to servicing our clients.

  • A reliable computer and internet connection

  • A headset or other necessary equipment to conduct calls
