Job Summary

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our day-to-day operations. You'll be responsible for performing a range of tasks, including trade reconciliation, transaction processing, and research of complex problems. Your attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to work independently will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities

* Process trade buy and sell transactions in client accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

  • Identify and resolve discrepancies between TD Ameritrade and fund companies or transfer representatives
  • Handle Business Action Celebrations, settle and reconcile transactions, and process returns
  • Conduct research on complex escalated problems, test and validate new technology enhancements, and execute supplier adjustments
  • Perform tasks in Trading, Dividends, Transfers, Reconciliation, and Company Activities that directly impact Client/Advisor accounts
  • Collaborate with Retail and Institutional Service Teams via email, phone, Slack, Overview, and Salesforce
  • Represent TD Ameritrade Clearing in our daily partnerships with fund firms, transfer agents, converse agencies, and other outside business partners

Evaluation and Issue Fixing

* Evaluate registration deals or transmission demands

  • Client/Advisor level exemptions
  • Governing commitments (Examples: 2340 and 15C3-3)
  • Reconciliation of Profession, Dividend, and Move Damages
  • Settlement across BOS and Fund Business
  • Evaluation and interpretation of proper tax programming and corrections of tax coding
  • Internal/External unit improvements or concerns
  • Origin of ruptures between TDA, the Fund, etc
  • Providing process or technology service options to Management
  • Remediating transactions concerns with the Fund or Converse Firm Client or Business Partner Company
  • Answering service partner queries relating to Fund details requirements/eligibility
  • Delivering follow-up on Alternative Expenditure moves to expedite the customer request or remediate not neat problems
  • Timely and correct conclusion of client exchanging and reward requests

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in data entry, customer service, or a related field
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Experience with Salesforce and other CRM software a plus

Preferred Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in data entry, customer service, or a related field

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Knowledge of financial industry regulations and compliance
  • Certification in data entry, customer service, or a related field
