The Role

As a German-speaking customer support specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to customers via live chat. Your primary objective will be to resolve customer queries and issues promptly and professionally, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service. You will work closely with our client to understand their live chat processes and provide tailored support to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate effectively with German-speaking clients to resolve issues and provide solutions
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve targets and maintain high-quality standards
  • Utilize strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to resolve customer complaints and issues
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and provide regular updates to our client

System Requirements

To ensure seamless communication and efficient support, you will need to meet the following system requirements:

  • 20 download, 5 upload Mbps internet connection
  • Dual-core processor with hyper-threading
  • 8g RAM
  • High-quality microphone with clear audio
  • Backup power supply (UPS) if your area experiences power interruptions

Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • Fluency in spoken and written German is essential
  • Prior experience in phone outreach in the German market is highly desirable
