Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing friendly, patient, and professional service to all internal and external customers, ensuring a positive experience for every interaction
  • Handling a high volume of customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Working collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless customer experiences across all touchpoints, including ticketing, baggage handling, and reservations
  • Utilizing our modernized retail location framework to manage customer transactions, including tagging and registration, boarding, and resolving related issues
  • Maintaining a safe and secure work environment, adhering to all arenaflex policies and procedures

Key Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced environment, such as a call center or retail setting
  • Knowledge of airline operations and customer service procedures
  • Experience with CRM software and other customer relationship management tools
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in multiple languages
