Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding services, products, and rates: Provide accurate and timely information to customers, addressing their questions and concerns about our services, products, and rates.
  • Provide information about shipping and delivery options: Offer customers a range of shipping and delivery options, both domestic and international, to meet their needs and exceed their expectations.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues: Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints, resolving issues in a timely and effective manner to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Process transactions and maintain accuracy: Process transactions, including mailing, shipping, and product sales, with attention to detail and accuracy to ensure customer orders and billing details are correct.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace: Ensure a clean and organized workspace while following all arenaflex procedures and safety protocols to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.

Required Qualifications

To be successful as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this role.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential for providing top-notch service to our customers.
  • Ability to resolve customer issues with professionalism and courtesy: You'll need to be able to resolve customer issues in a professional and courteous manner, maintaining a positive attitude and resolving conflicts in a timely and effective way.
  • Basic computer skills: Familiarity with email and office software is required for this role, as well as basic computer skills to navigate our systems and processes.

Preferred Qualifications

If you have experience in a customer service role, preferably in retail or a similar field, you'll be at an advantage in this role. Additionally, basic knowledge of arenaflex services and products, as well as experience working with payment systems and handling cash transactions, will be beneficial.
