Job Summary

The International Sales Operations Manager plays a critical role in driving operational excellence across our international business. Reporting to the Director of Sales Operations, this position is responsible for optimizing processes, managing complex workflows, and ensuring consistency and accuracy across key business functions. The role requires a self‑starter with strong project management capabilities, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to execute with precision in a fast‑paced, multi‑stakeholder environment.

 

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full distributor contract lifecycle, including onboarding, amendments, renewals, approvals and terminations, ensuring compliance and timely execution.
  • Manage and continuously improve the distributor termination process, ensuring all checklist, legal, and compliance steps are followed.
  • Maintain the Distributor Document Tracker to ensure real‑time accuracy and visibility for internal stakeholders.
  • Oversee the capital demo program to ensure accurate monthly reporting, asset tracking, expirations, and proactive communication.
  • Serve as Task Manager for international workflows - monitoring tasks and identifying bottlenecks.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation to promote standardization and operational consistency.
  • Lead process‑improvement initiatives to streamline operations and enhance cross‑functional collaboration.
  • Collaborate with Order Management to prepare and present weekly order status for Forecast meetings.
  • Apply strong organizational and communication skills to influence teams, ensure alignment, and drive clarity across global initiatives.
  • Work directly with Purchasing and Accounts Payable to manage international vendor requests and payments.
  • Support logistical requirements for the delivery of international training programs.
  • Understand Mizuho OSI’s business objectives and the relationship between the Department and those objectives; to support and follow the Corporate Vision, Mission & Values Statements, to maintain the services and quality levels set by Mizuho OSI, and to continually enable Mizuho OSI to be a great place to work.
  • Understand, follow and support Mizuho OSI’s internal Quality System policies, procedures and work instructions including but not limited to applicable external regulations (21 Code of Federal Regulations Part 820 Quality System Regulations and applicable International Standards).

Qualifications & Requirements

  • BS degree in business administration or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5 years proven experience in business process management, operations, or project management, preferably in an international or sales operations environment.
  • Three years’ experience utilizing a CRM system (ex: Hubspot or Sales Force.com).
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.
  • Strong analytical thinker with a problem‑solving mindset and the ability to assess issues quickly and implement effective solutions.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of producing high‑quality, professional documentation.
  • High attention to detail, strong follow‑through, and the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively across global, cross‑functional teams.
  • Comfortable thriving in a fast‑paced, multitasking environment where initiative, accuracy, and ownership are essential.
  • Must be able to travel to Union City, CA for training and quarterly meetings and attend international business reviews 1-2 times per year and cover the business travel expenses and submit reimbursements in accordance with company policy.

Pay Scale: $86,000- $145,000 DOE + potential annual bonus + comprehensive benefits package
