Key Objectives

  • Provide timely, accurate, and friendly support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with product information, order processing, and issue resolution.
  • Maintain and enhance customer satisfaction by delivering personalized service.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex concerns efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries through multiple communication channels.
  • Offer expert guidance on cosmetic products, usage, and availability.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and share insights with the team.
  • Stay informed about product launches, promotions, and company updates.
  • Maintain professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in retail or cosmetics.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Comfortable using CRM software and other digital tools.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
  • Passion for cosmetics and a genuine interest in helping customers.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
