Join us as a Property Design Manager

  • This is a rare opportunity to join a fast‑paced team at the heart of transforming our workspaces
  • You’ll oversee the application of our office design concept, ensuring consistent and high‑quality design delivery across the Bank’s property portfolio

  • Experience delivering cost‑effective design solutions within defined budgets
  • An understanding of colleague journey mapping, user experience principles and emerging trends in workplace design
  • Working knowledge of relevant legislation and standards, including the Equality Act 2010, Approved Document M, health and safety requirements, ergonomics, security, environmental considerations, and planning or listed‑building constraints
  • Experience of budget management, cost reporting and financial governance within a project environment
