They are seeking an Investor Relations Associate to support investor communication and relationship management efforts, focusing on maintaining strong relationships with existing investors and coordinating communication throughout the investment lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Support investor communication through calls, emails, and scheduled updates
- Assist with outreach initiatives and follow-ups with prospective investors
- Maintain accurate records of investor interactions using CRM systems
- Coordinate investor materials, presentations, and reporting
- Support leadership with investor events, webinars, and communications
- Build long-term relationships through consistent and professional engagement
Skills
- Experience in investor relations, client relations, or financial services
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
