Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to international airlines and their passengers at Houston International Airport (IAH). You will work in a fast-paced environment, rotating through various areas of the airport, including check-in counters, lobby areas, departure gates, customs, and arrivals. Your primary goal will be to ensure a safe and secure travel experience for our clients, while also providing a positive and memorable experience for passengers.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to international airlines and their passengers

  • Rotate through various areas of the airport, including check-in counters, lobby areas, departure gates, customs, and arrivals
  • Experience the behind-the-scenes workings of an international airport
  • Develop problem-solving skills to navigate through various challenges and flight activities
  • Interact with high-profile passengers and port authorities, crew members, and airline personnel
  • Ensure on-time performance and a safe and secure travel experience for passengers
  • Participate in paid training with our highly knowledgeable and top-performing training department

Essential Qualifications

* At least 18 years of age

  • High school graduate or G.E.D equivalent
  • Ability to obtain security clearance from US Customs and Border Protection, which requires valid proof of citizenship or authorized residency
  • English proficient, with other languages being a plus
  • Computer savvy
  • Eager to learn new skills and adapt quickly to unforeseen situations
  • Organized and logical thinker with effective communication skills and good listening skills
  • Ability to multitask and carry out duties in a dynamic environment

* Previous experience in customer service or a related field

  • Knowledge of airport operations and procedures
  • Familiarity with airline industry regulations and standards
