Job Summary
We're seeking a fluent English-speaking Sales Chat Closer to handle live chats and email inquiries during Pacific Standard Time (PST) business hours (10AM–5PM). As a Sales Chat Closer, you'll be responsible for responding quickly and closing warm inbound leads, using provided scripts and objection handling techniques. If you're a highly responsive and proactive individual with a passion for sales and customer service, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
As a Sales Chat Closer at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Monitoring and responding to live chat and sales inquiries within 30-60 seconds
* Engaging warm leads and converting them to paying customers
* Using provided scripts and objection handling techniques to close sales
* Updating lead tracking sheets or basic CRM entries
* Collaborating with our team to identify objections or improvements
* Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive customer experience
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* Fluent English speaker with a neutral or North American-friendly accent
* Strong written communication and grammar skills
* Prior sales/chat support experience
* Highly responsive and reliable during shift hours
* Comfortable working in tools like Slack, Aircall, Gorgias (or similar)
* Stable internet and professional environment
* Located in time zones compatible with PST working hours (Caribbean, Central/South America preferred)
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with CRM software and lead tracking systems
* Familiarity with sales scripts and objection handling techniques
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
