Job Summary

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Assistant to join our remote team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for entering and maintaining data in our systems, conducting routine integrity checks, and producing simple reports to support our business operations. Key Responsibilities

- Enter and maintain accurate and up-to-date data in our systems - Conduct routine integrity checks to ensure data quality and consistency - Produce simple reports to support business operations and decision-making - Collaborate with the operations team to resolve data-related issues and improve processes - Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data security protocols - Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

- High school degree (or equivalent) - Strong typing skills (minimum 40 wpm) - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy - Reliable internet connectivity and a quiet workspace - Strong time management and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience in data entry or a related field - Familiarity with data management software and systems - Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes and technologies
