Experienced Seasonal Customer Success Agent – US PST Hours (September – December 19th, 2025)

As a Seasonal Customer Success Agent, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive seamless planning and experience processes.

Job Responsibilities

As a Seasonal Customer Success Agent, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional service and quick resolutions to our clients through various support channels, such as email, live chat, inbound and outbound phone calls
  • Troubleshooting event-related problems that arise, including event changes and payment issues
  • Recommending specific events to our clients that fit their wants, needs, and budget
  • Answering questions about events using internal tools to help clients purchase
  • Triage and managing inbound requests to prioritize your time
  • Escalating and coordinating with other teams internally as well as our hosts as necessary
  • Offering post-purchase event assistance for existing reservations as needed

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A quick learner with a knack for problem-solving
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds
  • Experience in Customer Service and/or Operations, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Familiarity with Hubspot, Zendesk, or another customer service ticketing system
  • Experience planning or supporting virtual and/or in-person events, with knowledge of various video conferencing software

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications will make you an even stronger candidate:

  • Experience working in an ambiguous environment and understanding the challenges of scaling a successful business
  • Motivation by challenges that require critical thinking and creative problem-solving
  • Comfort with giving and receiving feedback, with a willingness to grow through your own experiences
  • Experience with event planning software and tools
