As an Experienced Customer Service Representative – School Engagement and Campaign Support, you will play a vital role in supporting the National School Engagement campaigns, including Kids Heart Challenge and American Heart Challenge, and events. This is a full-time, remote position based in Texas (USA).

The Role

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative – School Engagement and Campaign Support, you will be responsible for advancing arenaflex's mission through exceptional customer service, data management, and business literacy. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing timely, high-quality responses to internal and external stakeholders (staff, volunteers, parents, etc.) through internal inbox systems and telephone calls.
  • Accurately managing and inputting customer data into CRM and Database systems such as Dynamics and Luminate, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained.
  • Displaying a strong understanding of School Engagement business processes, utilizing Association systems and others to support campaign success.
  • Responsible for accurate, timely processing of donations in accordance with established requirements and standards.
  • Collaborating within mini teams to complete tasks efficiently and meet deadlines with accurate, timely information.
  • Providing senior leadership administrative support, including calendar management and expense reports, ensuring effective communication and adherence to timelines.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A customer service mindset with the ability to handle inquiries, escalate when necessary, and deliver timely resolutions.
  • Effective interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to develop collaborative working relationships internally and externally.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • High attention to detail for accurate data entry and order management across systems.
  • A strong understanding of various software applications, with the ability to quickly adapt to new tools and technologies as needed.
  • Computer experience with proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook) or proficiency with similar products.
  • Demonstrated track record with project management and lead tasks, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Flexibility to adjust to changing processes and environments, learning new tools and systems as needed.
