Role Overview

In this role, you'll provide real-time support to arenaflex customers through the live chat platform. You will assist with shipment tracking, address billing inquiries, and provide guidance on delivery-related matters. The job involves problem-solving, multitasking, and maintaining high customer satisfaction standards. Key Responsibilities

- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat, helping with tracking, delivery status, and billing questions. - Resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently using arenaflex's internal systems. - Maintain a professional and friendly tone during each chat interaction. - Document customer inquiries, ensuring proper follow-up and resolution. - Handle customer complaints and escalations as needed, ensuring issues are resolved effectively.

Qualifications

- Must reside in or near Atlanta, GA, and be eligible to work in the U.S. - High school diploma or equivalent required. - Previous experience in customer service or live chat support is preferred. - Excellent communication skills, especially written communication. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks remotely. - Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work.
