The Role

As a SaaS Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers through phone, email, and chat to resolve issues and provide exceptional support. You'll be the go-to expert for our web-based software application, troubleshooting problems, and escalating complex issues to our internal teams. Your primary goal will be to deliver fast, effective, and happy solutions to our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide top-notch customer support through phone, email, and chat, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner

  • Troubleshoot problems with our web-based software application, using your technical skills to diagnose and resolve issues
  • Escalate complex issues to internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and resolution
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our software application, staying up-to-date on new features and updates
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve customer pain points
  • Continuously improve customer satisfaction and loyalty through proactive support and issue prevention
  • Stay organized and manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in customer support, preferably in a SaaS environment

  • Excellent phone skills, with the ability to communicate technical issues to customers in a clear and concise manner
  • Strong writing skills, with the ability to craft clear and effective responses to customer inquiries
  • Good familiarity with Microsoft Excel and other productivity tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to balance multiple tasks and priorities
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in e-commerce, with a focus on multichannel management and order fulfillment

  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and other web development technologies
  • Experience with JSON or XML files, with the ability to read and understand complex data structures
  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms like Bigcommerce, Shopify, ShipStation, SKUVault, or similar software
  • Experience in sales, with a focus on Amazon or eBay sales
  • Certification in customer support or a related field

Position Type and Location

This is a full-time position, with a preference for candidates in the Schenectady, NY region. However, we're accepting stellar applicants from across the US to work remotely. Must be eligible to work full-time in the United States without requiring sponsorship.
