As a Senior Program Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping the customer journey across various audiences and channels, identifying opportunities for improvement, and driving innovative solutions to delight our customers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals, leveraging your expertise in project management, strategic thinking, and problem-solving to drive results.

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Program Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Evaluating arenaflex's current customer experience strategies and touchpoints, documenting, redefining, optimizing, and measuring them
  • Understanding and mapping the arenaflex journey for various audiences and channels
  • Proactively identifying opportunities, failures, gaps in seams in the process, and developing a case/plan to resolve as many as possible
  • Managing CX workstream activities to achieve business goals
  • Serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on all CX projects, journey stage opportunities, developing and implementing initiatives to further drive enhancements
  • Developing and leading project pilot strategy

Essential Functions

* Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and successfully manage multiple projects/deadlines simultaneously

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to think creatively, lead a team to solve problems collaboratively, and work quickly under deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and proofreading skills
  • Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data
  • Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles

Preferred Qualifications

* +2 years of project management experience, preferably in an agile environment

  • Experience working on digital transformation projects
  • Travel and/or tourism industry experience
  • Highly motivated self-starter that gets results
  • Strong strategic, analytical, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work independently to identify problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and solve problems in a timely and accurate manner

Work Environment

* Delta Vacations Corporate Headquarters, Atlanta, Georgia

  • Full-time, Monday through Friday; 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Occasional evening and weekend may be required as job duties demand
  • Domestic travel may be required to fulfill assigned responsibilities
