Key Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback. Generate reports on chat metrics, customer satisfaction, and common issues. Contribute to the development of FAQs and knowledge base articles to assist customers and streamline support.

Qualifications

To be successful as a Live Chat Support Specialist, you will need:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or relevant certification is a plus.
  • Experience: Previous experience in customer support or a similar role is preferred.
  • Skills:
