About the Role

As an Experienced Data Entry Specialist – Amazon Store Operations, you'll play a critical role in supporting the Commercial and Medicare Appeals and Grievances staff at arenaflex. You'll serve as a central point of contact for staff both inside and outside of Appeals and Grievances, providing analytical problem-solving support and innovative solutions to business problems.

Key Responsibilities

* Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and areas for improvement

  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and meet deadline requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and implement changes
  • Provide technical support for PC and LAN systems, including Windows, the mainframe, MS Office, FACETS, PBM, and other systems
  • Assist with training and documentation efforts
  • Conduct peer reviews and document findings
  • Support audits and mentor new employees
  • Provide functional training to peers as needed
  • Analyze performance metrics and other forms of communication from other departments
  • Assist external vendors and communicate with training staff and management

Essential Qualifications and Responsibilities

* 2+ years of experience in data entry, analysis, or a related field

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications and Responsibilities

* Experience working in a healthcare or insurance industry

  • Knowledge of FACETS, PBM, and other relevant systems
  • Experience with data validation and universe pulls
  • Strong understanding of Medicare and commercial compliance activities
  • Experience with training and documentation efforts
  • Ability to communicate effectively with external vendors and stakeholders
