About the Role
As an Experienced Data Entry Specialist – Amazon Store Operations, you'll play a critical role in supporting the Commercial and Medicare Appeals and Grievances staff at arenaflex. You'll serve as a central point of contact for staff both inside and outside of Appeals and Grievances, providing analytical problem-solving support and innovative solutions to business problems.
Key Responsibilities
* Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and meet deadline requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and implement changes
- Provide technical support for PC and LAN systems, including Windows, the mainframe, MS Office, FACETS, PBM, and other systems
- Assist with training and documentation efforts
- Conduct peer reviews and document findings
- Support audits and mentor new employees
- Provide functional training to peers as needed
- Analyze performance metrics and other forms of communication from other departments
- Assist external vendors and communicate with training staff and management
Essential Qualifications and Responsibilities
* 2+ years of experience in data entry, analysis, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications and Responsibilities
* Experience working in a healthcare or insurance industry
- Knowledge of FACETS, PBM, and other relevant systems
- Experience with data validation and universe pulls
- Strong understanding of Medicare and commercial compliance activities
- Experience with training and documentation efforts
- Ability to communicate effectively with external vendors and stakeholders
