We're now seeking an Impact Client Support Delegate to join our team and play a vital role in our Approved Crash Program.

As an Impact Client Support Delegate, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's dedicated to providing top-notch support to our clients. You'll work closely with our Inside Impact Community to ensure seamless coordination and communication throughout the Approved Crash Program. What You'll Do

As an Impact Client Support Delegate, your responsibilities will include:

  • Work planning and upkeep: Ensure that all work-related tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Vehicle appearance arrangement: Coordinate with our team to ensure that vehicles are properly arranged and prepared for client handovers.
  • Client correspondence and assumptions: Communicate with clients to understand their needs and expectations, and ensure that their concerns are addressed promptly.
  • Rental coordination and hand off: Coordinate with our rental team to ensure smooth handovers of vehicles to clients.
  • Vehicle announcements: Ensure that all vehicles are properly announced and prepared for client handovers.
  • Material and supplies reordering: Reorder materials and supplies as needed to ensure that our team has everything they need to perform their duties.
  • Fix survey and conveyance: Conduct surveys to ensure that vehicles are properly repaired and conveyed to clients.

What You'll Bring

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: You'll need to be able to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently: You'll need to be able to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Microsoft Office experience: Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong problem-solving skills: You'll need to be able to think critically and come up with creative solutions to problems.
  • Ability to work in a team environment: You'll need to be able to collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals.
  • High school diploma or equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Age requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to apply.
