Key Responsibilities As an IT Support Associate, you will be responsible for: • Responding to and resolving a high volume of IT-related issues or questions from internal and external customers through chat, email, and phone. • Providing updates and follow-up communications with users until issues are resolved. • Escalating technical problems to appropriate teams when necessary. • Accurately documenting all customer interactions in the tracking system. • Assisting in real-time issue resolution to minimize downtime and ensure satisfaction. • Staying current on policies, procedures, and product updates to provide accurate support. • Providing occasional after-hours support via on-call rotation. • Performing other related duties as assigned. Qualifications/ Education & Experience To be successful in this role, you will need: • An Associate degree in a computer technology field or equivalent. • A minimum of 3 years of computer systems-related experience (or equivalent). • 2 years of proprietary software support experience. • 1 year of Windows operating system troubleshooting experience. • Experience with JURIS or claims management applications is preferred. Technical Skills You will need to possess: • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Outlook, and Microsoft Office. • Proficiency in basic troubleshooting and system navigation. Professional Skills To excel in this role, you will need to demonstrate: • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong organizational, analytical, and decision-making abilities. • Customer-focused with outstanding interpersonal and conflict resolution skills. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment. • Strong time management and ability to perform under pressure. Working Conditions As an IT Support Associate, you may be exposed to: • Loud sounds and distracting noise levels from office equipment. • The ability to lift up to 30lbs. • Use of computers and technology.
