Job Summary:

ACCOUNTABILITIES

*All duties listed below are essential unless noted otherwise*

  • Perform clerical duties, take memos, maintain files, and organize documents; photocopy, fax, etc. as needed
  • Assist in preparing information and research materials; create and maintain PowerPoint presentations
  • Run general industry related errands
  • Manage databases and input information, data, and records
  • Research and gather documentation on company position in the industry
  • Attend company functions and networking events
  • Shadow multiple office positions and train in a variety of tasks

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Currently enrolled in a post-secondary education program

Skills: Must have strong skills with Microsoft Office Suite – Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint specifically. Demonstrate an ability to work professionally and collaboratively with diverse stakeholders and to communicate effectively via virtual, in-person, written and verbal interactions.

WORKING CONDITIONS

Personal Protective Equipment: Use of a mask when on-site.

Physical Demands: Moderate walking, climbing steps, lifting, bending. Many assignments will be completed virtually.
