Job Overview

The Data Entry Specialist and QC personnel at arenaflex are responsible for reviewing and confirming work entered into our systems, solving issues, and escalating as needed. This position is a full-time, remote opportunity located in the United States. Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Reviewing and filing legal documents using internal systems and email
• Participating in ongoing training to expand knowledge of industry and process
• Investigating discrepancies as they arise
• Completing additional projects as assigned
• Collaborating with the QC team to ensure accuracy and quality of documentation
• Providing exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders and clients

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• No experience necessary; data entry experience a plus
• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy

Schedule

The Data Entry Specialist position is available as a full-time or part-time opportunity. The full-time schedule is Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm. The part-time schedule is flexible, with a minimum of 2 hours to 4 hours daily.
