The Role

As a Chat Support Specialist on our arenaflex Customer Experience Team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via live chat, resolving customer issues and concerns with empathy and efficiency, and maintaining records of customer interactions and feedback.

Key Responsibilities:

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits:
