As a key member of our customer care team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support, resolving any issues that may arise, and working closely with our drivers and dry cleaning partners to deliver a seamless experience.

Customer Care at arenaflex

Customer care is one of the most important aspects of our business, and your role will be an integral part of our successful team. You must have a passion for customer service and be willing to adopt the critical responsibility of ensuring the arenaflex experience is consistently excellent. This is a complex role where you will sit between our customers and our drivers and dry cleaning partners, troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service and support via phone, email, and chat

  • Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
  • Work closely with drivers and dry cleaning partners to ensure continued great service to our customers
  • Address any issues that may occur and think on your feet to use your own initiative
  • Handle 50+ calls on a daily basis and multitask to manage your time effectively
  • Work hard and weekends when required to ensure our customers receive the best possible service
  • Liaise with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve our services
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to improve our customer care processes and services

Requirements:

* Two years' minimum previous customer care experience

  • Excellent attention to detail and well-organized with a strong sense of punctuality
  • Reliable and supportive team member with honesty and professionalism in everything you do
  • Ability to multitask and manage your time effectively to handle 50+ calls on a daily basis
  • Comfortable working with a variety of customers and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Ability to think on your feet and use your own initiative to resolve customer complaints and issues
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal teams and customers
  • Ability to work hard and weekends when required to ensure our customers receive the best possible service

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in the laundry or dry cleaning industry

  • Knowledge of customer care software and systems
  • Experience working with a variety of customers and resolving complex issues
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to resolve customer complaints and issues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
