Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Customer Engagement Specialist, Inbound to join our remote team at arenaflex. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and building long-term relationships with our clients. About the Role

As a Customer Engagement Specialist, Inbound, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, handling a high volume of incoming phone calls, emails, and other inquiries. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing large amounts of incoming phone calls, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of customer issues
  • Identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction, building sustainable relationships and trust through open and interactive communication
  • Providing accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools, meeting personal/team sales targets and call handling quotas
  • Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and account-related information

Key Responsibilities

In addition to the above responsibilities, you will also be expected to:

  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with arenaflex products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to the development of process improvements and quality initiatives

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • A minimum of 12 months call center experience, with a focus on upselling and customer service
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems and software, including CRM systems and other relevant tools
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to type 40 wpm or more
  • Strong reading comprehension as well as basic math skills
  • Ability to take on additional tasks as needed
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test (not including THC) and criminal background check
  • Employment requires current eligibility to legally work in the United States

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services
  • Experience with CRM systems and other relevant tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
