We are seeking a high energy self-starter with a passion for sales to support our mission of bringing our products to the mortgage/banking industry. You will be part of a dynamic and collaborative ACES sales team and will be supported by our corporate experts, marketing team, industry veterans and experienced senior management team. This sales role will be based out of your U.S. home office.

What We Offer

· Base salary + generous commission plan with high earning potential

What You’ll Be Doing

· Bring your passion each day to helping acquire new clients to our growing community of lenders and servicers that rely on ACES technology for Quality Control, Audit, and Risk Management.

· Develop and execute a sales plan that leads to new revenue and clients in the financial services industry.

· Preferably calling on a base of your already established contacts

· New business development through cold calling, canvassing mortgage lending HMDA lists, credit union databases, and prospecting through our Salesforce database of industry prospects

· Support marketing campaign efforts by working alongside the marketing team to follow up on campaigns, webinars, tradeshows, etc.

· Create conversations and complete needs analysis calls with prospects.

· Consult and demonstrate solutions with new prospects in your territory via web or face to face when appropriate.

· Qualify leads, work with sales engineering to demonstrate the product, discuss pricing, provide appropriate follow-up, move prospects through the sales cycle, and close deals in a timely manner.

· Meet or exceed annual sales quotas.

· Work in a fast-paced and exciting environment where your hard work will be rewarded.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education preferred.

· 3 to 7 years’ mortgage industry or FinTech sales experience

· Previous sales experience selling FinTech solutions to the financial services industry.

· Should have in-depth mortgage quality control and or mortgage operations knowledge.

· Proven sales ability and fluency with sales strategies

· Outstanding verbal and written skills

· Superior organizational skills required.

· Passion for learning

· Strict attention to detail and concern for accuracy

· Must be self-motivated and able to perform detail-oriented job functions with minimal supervision as well as participate in team efforts.

· Demonstrated fluency with software packages such as Microsoft Office Suite, Pardot, ZoomInfo. Salesforce experience preferred.

· Strong sense of urgency and winning attitude.
