Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Chat Representative/Customer Service experience is not required but can be a bonus
  • A quiet workspace away from distractions
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work with little supervision
  • Reliable internet access and a laptop, PC, MAC, or smart device (Android or iOS)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
