We're currently seeking participants for the following topics:
- Child Related: Individuals with children 18 years or younger are encouraged to apply, as we're interested in hearing about your experiences and opinions on parenting, childcare, and family-related products and services.
- Cell Phones: Whether you're an Apple, Android, or Windows user, or have a prepaid or contract phone, we want to hear about your experiences and preferences when it comes to mobile devices.
- Entertainment: Share your thoughts on TV shows, movies, and video games, and help us understand what makes entertainment engaging and enjoyable.
- Food: From fast food to casual dining and upscale dining, we're interested in hearing about your eating habits and preferences.
- Sports: Whether you're a casual viewer or a die-hard fan, we want to hear about your experiences and opinions on sports-related products and services.
- Electronics: Share your thoughts on the devices you use and why you prefer them, and help us understand the latest trends in the electronics industry.
- Pets: Animal lovers, we want to hear about your experiences and opinions on pet-related products and services.
- Automobiles: Share your thoughts on owning, leasing, or making payments on a vehicle, and help us understand the latest trends in the automotive industry.
Responsibilities
As a Customer Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
- Arriving at least 10 minutes prior to discussion start time
- Participating by completing written and oral instructions
- Completing written surveys provided for each panel
- MUST actually use products and/or services, if provided, and be ready to discuss prior to meeting date
Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Have either a smartphone with a working camera or a webcam on your desktop/laptop
- Have access to a reliable internet connection
- Desire to fully participate in one or several of the above topics
- Ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions
Experience
No experience is required, but you must be able to work independently. As a Customer Assistant, you'll have the flexibility to choose from online or in-person participation, and can work part-time or full-time.

Compensation
As a Customer Assistant, you'll earn:
- $75-$150 per 1-hour session
- $300-$750 for multi-session studies
