Responsibilities

As a Chat & Email Support Representative (Live Chat Specialist), you'll play a critical role in delivering timely, accurate, and friendly assistance to our clients remotely. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Responding promptly to client inquiries via live chat and email in a professional and courteous manner
  • Assisting clients with questions related to listings, property details, appointments, and general company information
