Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
To be successful as a Customer Care Associate, you'll need:
- Excellent communication skills, including clear speaking, focused listening, and friendly personality
- Strong work ethic, with a focus on being on-time, following directions, and being available for overtime
- A personal computer with the latest version of Windows or macOS operating system (Chromebooks, iPad, tablets, and other mobile devices are not compatible with our systems)
- A willingness to allow arenaflex to load free anti-virus software on your personal computer
- A dedicated workspace, free from distractions, to perform your duties as a remote employee
- A headset and cybersecurity provided by arenaflex during your paid training period
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment
- Familiarity with CRM software and data entry systems
- Experience working with diverse customer populations, including those with disabilities
