Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving issues, and building long-term relationships with our clients. You'll be the face of our company, providing accurate and comprehensive information, and ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service. This is a full-time, fully remote position, requiring some night and weekend work.
Responsibilities
* Handle high volumes of incoming calls, emails, and chats, providing timely and effective responses to customer inquiries
- Identify and evaluate customer needs, delivering personalized solutions that meet their expectations
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive discussions, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Provide accurate, valid, and comprehensive information by using the right methods and tools, ensuring that customers receive the best possible service
- Manage complaints, provide proper solutions and options, and follow up to secure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies, ensuring that customer interactions are handled in a professional and efficient manner
- Go the extra mile to engage customers, providing exceptional service and exceeding their expectations
Requirements
* Some proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative is preferred
- Strong phone administration skills and active listening capabilities, with the ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and control time effectively
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Experience with iOS and MacOS, with a strong understanding of Apple products and services
- Ability to work nights and some weekends, with flexible scheduling options available
- 4 days a week from 1-11pm CST or 5 days a week from 3-11pm CST, with alternating Saturdays from 8am-6pm CST

- Experience with iOS and MacOS, with a strong understanding of Apple products and services
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong understanding of the solar energy industry
- Strong knowledge of Apple products and services, with experience working with iWork and iOS
- Experience working with customer relationship management (CRM) software, with a strong understanding of data analysis and reporting
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
