Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our customers receive accurate and timely information about our products and services, while also resolving any issues they may encounter.   • Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
