Key Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Customer Service Virtual Assistant, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service through email, chat, and phone support, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support.
  • Answering customer inquiries about products, services, and policies, and resolving issues related to orders, returns, or billing in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and feedback, and using this information to improve our customer service processes.
  • Collaborating with team members to improve customer service processes and ensure that our customers receive the best possible experience.
  • Assisting with other administrative tasks as required, such as data entry, email management, and report generation.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
  • Previous customer service or virtual assistant experience is a plus, but not required.
  • The ability to manage time effectively and work independently, with minimal supervision.
  • Familiarity with basic office software, such as Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • A high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace for phone calls.
  • Reliability, self-motivation, and attention to detail are essential for this role.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or airline industry.
