Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Data Entry Clerk and Customer Service Representative to join our team on a temporary to hire basis. As a Data Entry Clerk and Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems, responding to customer inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

* Accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems, ensuring high levels of accuracy and attention to detail

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and data entry activities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and delivery of services
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
  • Meet productivity and quality standards, with a focus on continuous improvement

Essential Qualifications:

* 1-2 years of experience in data entry and customer service

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Strong data entry skills, with the ability to accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel and Word
