Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing live chat support to customers via our website, responding to their inquiries, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Answering questions about products and services, providing accurate and up-to-date information to customers
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues, escalating complex cases to senior team members when necessary
  • Tracking and managing customer interactions, including logging and resolving customer complaints and feedback
  • Providing feedback to the team on customer feedback, helping us to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

Qualifications
