Founders Associate at MyPocketSkill

MyPocketSkill is an AI-empowered award-winning platform, helping Gen Z's to become more financially capable & employable. They are seeking a Founders Associate to work closely with the founders, focusing on problem-solving and supporting various operational, community, and content initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Deeper problem solving to deal with platform issues requiring intervention, such as customer complaints & payments issues
• Coordinating delivery for some of our key existing and new projects (e.g. we currently work with High Street Banks and Grant awarders)
• Supporting customer engagement/delivery and product development
• Running ambassador programmes and events
• Content commissioning across different social media platforms
• Reviewing and updating our impact reports
• If you are comfortable with data and sources of data – you will help us to extract information from our database to update and keep an eye on our KPIs
• If you have a tech related degree or have done a bootcamp this could be an opportunity to try out those skills
