[Remote] Remote - Technical Assistant

The Remote Technical Assistant role provides real-time support to field technicians, resolving provisioning, facility, and inventory issues while ensuring smooth service delivery and maintaining service continuity.
Responsibilities
- Provide real-time operational support to field technicians for installation, repair, and service assurance activities
- Resolve facility, provisioning, and inventory-related issues
- Serve as the primary contact for inbound calls and chats from internal teams and field personnel
- Support service order processing, fallout resolution, and status inquiries
- Maintain, validate, and update inventory and facility records in provisioning and inventory systems
- Coordinate with Field Operations and other teams to resolve complex service or network issues
- Document actions and updates in designated systems
Skills
- High-speed wired Ethernet internet connection (no Wi-Fi, satellite, or hotspot)
- Upload speed of 25 Mbps and download speed of 50 Mbps
- Internet provider with 1% or less packet loss
- Cell phone or tablet with Android 8.0+ or iOS 14+ and Microsoft Authenticator application installed
- Must reside in the State of North Carolina
- Computer and equipment will be provided for this remote position
