As a Pricing & Proposals Lead, you will play a key role in developing high‑quality pricing deliverables, proposals, descriptions of services, and related commercial documentation that supports our global portfolio of clinical trial technologies and services. You will collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams—including Sales, Finance, Product Leads, Science, and operational experts—to ensure submissions are accurate, compelling, compliant, and aligned with client requirements and Clario standards. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, brings strong analytical and writing skills, and is motivated by contributing to high‑impact work across the clinical research ecosystem.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Develop Pricing, Proposals, Descriptions of Service, and Change Orders using both Clario and client‑provided templates.

  • Review, analyse, and collaborate with functional team partners to interpret client RFPs and study protocols.

  • Coordinate pricing strategy for large or complex studies and programmes, partnering with Sales, Finance, Product Leads, and Science functions.

  • Produce high‑quality proposal documents within required timelines.

  • Conduct peer reviews of pricing and proposal outputs to ensure accuracy and consistency.

  • Maintain up‑to‑date budget and project information in internal systems and manage document storage per departmental guidelines.

  • Contribute to process and template enhancements, including supporting the maintenance and evolution of standard materials.

  • Participate in cross‑functional initiatives and training activities as needed.

  • Support additional tasks and strategic projects as assigned.

What We Look For

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.

  • 5+ years’ experience in Life Sciences, with strong understanding of the medical/pharmaceutical landscape.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word at an intermediate to advanced level.

  • Salesforce or CRM experience is a plus.

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively while managing shifting priorities.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high‑quality work.

  • Well‑developed organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines.

  • Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Professional, positive, and proactive approach.
