Position Overview Adjunct Nursing Faculty will deliver high-quality didactic instruction, engage students in active learning, and contribute to the academic success of second-degree nursing students. Faculty are expected to employ effective classroom management strategies and utilize the Canvas learning platform for course delivery and communication. Qualifications

• Master’s or doctoral degree in Nursing or a related field
• Unencumbered license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
• Demonstrated experience in classroom teaching and course management
• Experience teaching adult or accelerated learners preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with Canvas (recommended)
• Understanding of and commitment to the College’s Mission and Core Values, including a shared dedication to inclusive, mission-driven education that supports the development of the whole person.
