  • Draft, update, and maintain compliance-related policies, procedures, and guidelines
  • Conduct compliance risk analysis and develop action plans to mitigate potential risks
  • Develop and manage compliance training programs to educate employees on legal and ethical standards
  • Perform transaction monitoring reviews and manage third-party intermediary due diligence
  • Collaborate with various departments to address compliance issues and prepare management reports What is Required
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school with admittance in good standing to at least one state bar
  • Minimum of 5 years of healthcare compliance experience
  • Minimum of 7 years of Anti-Corruption compliance experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with Antitrust
  • Certified Compliance & Ethics

Professional (CCEP) How to Stand Out

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
  • Excellent interpersonal, writing, and communication skills
