Job Overview:

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the front-line ambassador of our company, providing outstanding assistance to our valued customers. Your role will involve addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless experience that aligns with our commitment to exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

* Handle inbound customer calls with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.

  • Listen actively to customer concerns, inquiries, and feedback, providing accurate information and appropriate solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely manner, escalating complex cases as needed.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Input and update customer information in the company's database during and after each interaction.
  • Collaborate with team members and cross-functional departments to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team performance goals, including call handling metrics and customer satisfaction targets.

* First Call Resolution (FCR) rate

  • Average Handling Time (AHT)
  • Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scores
  • Net Promoter Score (NPS)

Required Skills:

* Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and friendly telephone manner.

  • Strong active listening skills and the ability to empathize with customers' concerns.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think on your feet and provide effective solutions.
  • Patience and resilience when dealing with challenging customer situations.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications for data entry and documentation.
  • Ability to adapt to changing processes, technologies, and customer needs.
  • Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications) preferred.

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center environment.
  • Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications).

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center environment.
