Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced full stack data analyst to join our team on a part-time remote basis. As a key member of our analytics team, you'll be responsible for supporting our paid media investigation capabilities, driving business growth through data-driven insights, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to inform marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities

As a full stack data analyst at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Developing and maintaining detailed reports and dashboards to inform marketing strategies and drive business growth
• Collaborating with paid media information science teams and marketing groups to design and implement media blend models
• Directing specialized research through database querying, followed by smart analysis of results and the planning and communication of recommendations that drive action
• Serving as a liaison with marketing, finance, and product groups to handle business challenges and track marketing and product performance with a data-driven approach
• Influencing Organized Inquiry Language (SQL), MicroStrategy, Tableau, Power BI, and other reporting tools to create and maintain planned and ad-hoc reports
• Examining data to identify business issues and leading deep dives to perform root cause analysis
• Collaborating with partners to use data (internal data from arenaflex and Amazon, as well as external data from market research and marketing organizations) and address complex business challenges by conveying significant insights
• Conceptualizing and running investigations that produce insights on customer behavior and customer needs to help further develop and refine our value proposition

Essential Capabilities

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Experience in the field of Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Consulting in an e-commerce or related field
• High-level SQL experience
• High-level involvement in at least one industry analytics and measurement tool (e.g. Tableau/QuickSight/Power BI)
• Master in Power BI with a demonstrated history
• Degree in data science, business, finance, data innovation, statistics, mathematics, or other related field

• You have a passion for numbers, data, and analytics, as well as a talent for conveying significant insights of high quality
• Strong inclination for action, highly organized, and ability to complete tasks and projects with minimal direction and tight deadlines
• Excellent communication (verbal and written), interpersonal skills, and ability to communicate with both business leadership and technical teams effectively
• Experience with enrollment, membership-based, or media content organizations
• Experience with and/or interest in learning more about state-of-the-art data science approaches
• Programming languages: knowledge of Python
• Knowledge of other programming languages, such as Java or C#, or of statistical programming languages like R or SAS
• Knowledge of Adobe Analytics
