Job Summary
We're seeking enthusiastic and skilled problem solvers to join our team as Online Chat Specialists. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support via live chat, email, and phone. You'll work closely with our Online Chat Manager to ensure that our clients' customers receive the highest level of service and support.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer support via live chat, email, and phone to clients and their customers
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Evaluate customer interactions and escalate issues to the Online Chat Manager when necessary
- Create relationships with new customers to better understand and meet their needs
- Work collaboratively with the Online Chat Manager to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company information to provide accurate and helpful responses to customers
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
What You'll Need
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, customer service) preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Basic English writing skills required; proficiency in multiple languages a plus
- Reliable internet connection and access to a laptop, phone, or tablet
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
- Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, with flexibility to work more hours as needed
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a live chat or call center environment
- Experience working with online chat software and CRM systems
- Knowledge of customer service principles and best practices
